Summer holiday camp

Kids Summer Tennis Camp 2022

Our tennis camps are open to all children that want to play tennis (provided they turned 5 before 01/09/2021)

Due to the rules set by Ofsted, if they do not meet the minimum age requirement we cannot accept your child for any longer than 2 hours. If your child is in Reception then they would have to attend the Tots Tennis class.

Our Summer Camp dates are:

Week 1 – Monday 25th July – Friday 29th July

Week 2 – Monday 1st August – Friday 5th August

Week 3 – Monday 8th August – Friday 12th August

Week 4 – Monday 15th August – Friday 19th August

Week 5 – Monday 22nd August – Friday 26th August

Week 6 – Tuesday 30th August – 31st August (2 days)

Week 6 – Thursday 1st – Friday 2nd September (2 days)

Tots camps are booked direct through the website.

All main camp must be booked in by email with Sue Harrington at where once confirmed you will be given a password to raise an order through the website.

 All bookings must be for the whole camp week, no individual sessions.

Main Camp Timings

Morning session – 9am – noon (for players in year 1 and older) £187.50

Afternoon session – 1pm – 4pm (for players in year 1 and older) £187.50

Full day 9am – 4pm £337.50 (10% discount included)

If your child is booked in for both the morning and afternoon sessions they can stay at the Club during 12-1pm as long as they bring a packed lunch as we have no facilities for lunch.

Please make sure no nuts are brought to the camp as we have some players with serious nut allergies.


Tots Tennis 8.15-9am, 12.15-1pm, 4.15-5pm or 5.15-6pm (must have been in Nursery or Reception in summer Term) £50.00

 COACHING RATIO – There will be 1 coach to 6 players.


Places will go on a first come first served basis – SPACES ARE LIMITED. 

 Camp Instructions

Registration will take place on court directly with their coach.

Staff: All lead coaches hold a LTA/PTR qualification and are first aid
trained. All staff over 16 are DBS checked.

Equipment: Balls will be provided. Please bring your own racket if possible, otherwise we can lend a racket for the day.

Safety: Safety is a constant priority on all courses and therefore there will be qualified Paediatric First Aider available if necessary.

Program: The program caters for all levels with an emphasis on FUN, technique and tactical games.

Weather: Please ensure that you are prepared for all weather conditions. In hot weather sun cream, a hat and a water bottle is recommended.  We will play in the rain as long as it is light so always send your children with a rain jacket. If the rain is heavy we will use the clubhouse. The courts dry out quickly. If the weather is extremely bad and we need to cancel the camp for the day we will refund you.

Clothing: Recognised sports clothing and clean non-marking trainers must be worn. Jeans, vests and beach shorts are not appropriate. Please send all kids to the tennis club with a waterproof jacket.

Special terms and conditions

  • No refunds unless the course is already fully booked at the time of receiving your application.
  • Any course that is under-subscribed will not take place
